1. Grounding
Let’s start with grounding.
Have you ever felt a little off balance—maybe bumping into things, feeling scattered, or not quite connected in your body for no clear reason? Sometimes that can be a sign your body is not grounded.
Grounding helps bring your awareness back into the body and can create a greater sense of calm, balance, and stability.
Earthing by Clint Ober brought attention to the many benefits of reconnecting with the earth—including supporting inflammation, sleep, and the body’s natural electrical balance.
One of the simplest and most effective ways to ground is to walk barefoot outside—especially on moist grass or the earth. Of course, most of us don’t have the opportunity to do that during a busy day. One simple grounding hack I often use is rubbing a stainless-steel spoon on the bottom of my feet. Because stainless steel has conductive properties, gently rubbing the bottom of each foot for 20–30 seconds helps bring grounding to the body. I do this before bed to improve sleep. It’s quick, simple, and can help your body feel more settled and grounded.
2. Tapping to bring in energy
Gentle tapping at these energy points helps wake up your energy, release tension and support your nervous system. Tap each point for 15-20 seconds while breathing deeply through the nose.

3. Crossing energy
Energy is meant to naturally cross from one side of the body to the other. Here is an exercise and the benefits associated with crossing energy. Do this for about a minute.
